- The implementation of the Portfolio Sustainability Framework (PSF) allows external stakeholders to stay informed about the sustainability progress of the company's product portfolio, continuously enhancing transparency.
- In collaboration with Fuhua Chemical, Beijing Yingtai, Nantong Taihe, Lier Chemical, Hebei Chengxin, Limin Holdings, and Nanjing Red Sun—eight leading enterprises in the crop protection industry—along with three technical guidance institutions: the China Pesticide Industry Association, Southern University of Science and Technology, and Chengdu Customs, Fuhua Chemical established the first low-carbon alliance in the crop protection industry to explore new pathways for low-carbon development.2023
- The first regenerative agriculture demonstration base co-created by Syngenta Group and Nestlé China – the Hantai Low-Carbon Wheat Joint Demonstration Base. The low-carbon wheat produced in Hantai, Shandong, achieved a 7.5% increase in yield per acre under the same fertilizer and water usage conditions, while reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 32%.
- Syngenta's "Zero Carbon" factory in Kunshan has reduced energy consumption per unit of output and CO₂ emission intensity by 11.34%.
- Syngenta Group was awarded the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Green Power Partnership (GPP) "Top Partner" status, becoming the only company in the agriculture sector to enter the EPA GPP Top 100 list.
